Fraud Policy Officer - Credit Card Transactions

- Creating the latest fraud control policies in credit card using risk control tools.

- Continuously designing/reviewing proactive policies across all channels to prevent fraudulent instances

- Identifying AML lapses and creating awareness among customers & employees with respect to Fraud

- Ensuring proper fraud risk assessments for credit card products, processes, transactions and initiatives

- Identifying potential risk areas using data, incidents, market trends

- proposing changes to control and enhance effectiveness of fraud risk management policies, rules and processes

- Documentation of policy processes with respect to KYC/ AML and transaction Fraud related to credit cards

- Supporting related Audit functions

- Engaging stakeholders to ensure timely implementation of remediation plans
