Job Description :

- Flawless monitoring of alarms generated by Fraud Tools and take necessary action within agreed SLAs

- Handles client queries, co-ordinate with other teams, raise service tickets through effective communication

- Complete understanding of International roaming business activities, TAP, NRT and other DCH reports

- Continuously involve in identifying new fraud trends, determining areas of improvements in systems and process & driving towards automation's

- Proficiency in database management to maintain relevant databases for generating, forecasting & analysis for the management & client reports

- Willing to work in rotating shifts to support 24/7/365 support

- Ability to work on defined process through innovation & always protects organization's value by keeping information confidential at various stages

- Strong analytical skills with ability to solve complex problems and errors
