The AE will be responsible for attending discovery calls, acquiring New Booked Business, mentoring and guiding SDRs to achieve full quota allocated. What you will be doing? - Penetrate and secure new business in the EU, ME & Africa region - Experience in successfully managing $500,000/yr target and quota attainment - Sound understanding of SaaS metrics, CAC & LTV - Develop relationships at all levels from Head of Operations, CIOs, CEOs etc. - Must have prior experience of demonstrating enterprise grade solutions on Webex, Zoom - Must be adept at managing pipeline coverage, desired win rate, bottom-of the funnel objection handling, negotiations, managing opportunity stages and closing skills - Prior experience of working on CRM, taking copious notes during the demos - Develop and sustain knowledge of ERPNext's offerings and associated technologies - Identify and understand trends within industries, what makes a campaign successful and apply this knowledge to help generate further new business - Provide feedback to improve marketing and sales efforts - Must be comfortable working into the shift timing as per regions What are we looking at? - Any graduate or a postgraduate - 4- 5 years inside sales experience in direct sales roles (Remote) in SaaS based B2B software preferred - Must have direct selling experience in selling into EU, ME & Africa region - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Great phone personality and phone voice - Great listening skills and a desire to learn proper consultative selling techniques - High-energy and positive attitude - Attention to detail and the ability to multitask while maintaining a high quality of work - Must be independent, self-motivated and success-driven, yet willing to work within a team environment - Ability to quickly learn and apply new information in customer-facing scenarios - Confidence to overcome objections and convert curiosity into interest - Knowledge of ERP software or other SAAS or CRM systems is a plus
