We’re currently looking for qualified candidates to join our team.  Job Summary:  - This role will help identify, attract and deliver candidates for hard-to-fill and strategic positions across the APAC & MEA region.   - You will use your talent and recruitment sourcing/research skills to build talent pipelines of both active and passive candidates and partner with local Recruiters to feed best fit candidates for open positions.   - You will utilize online sourcing strategies and searches along with internal talent data to build your talent pipeline repositories.   Job Duties/Responsibilities:  - Effectively source best fit profiles for assigned positions by matching the requirements of the job description with candidate profile data available on the web or in internal databases.   - Create Sourcing Strategies in accord with recruitment partners and Talent Acquisition Director to achieve organizations hiring goals.   - Appropriately source candidates and provide background summaries to local Recruiters.   - Utilize your deep knowledge of online sourcing and networking to leverage sites that help to identify and build talent pipelines.   - Use in-house databases & systems and maintain data integrity of all information   - Other Talent Acquisition duties as deemed necessary   Requirements:  Education & Experience:  - Minimum 5 years’ experience research/recruiting/Sourcer (search, agency or corporate)   - Undergraduate degree preferably in Human Resources, Data Mining or other relevant technical degree.   - Fundamental Knowledge of applicable recruitment and staffing techniques is highly desirable.   Licenses & Certifications:  - AIRS or equivalent certification preferred.  Knowledge,Skills & Abilities:   - Knowledge of full life-cycle recruiting process   - Previous experience with an applicant tracking, e-recruiting and hiring system such as Taleo is preferred.   - Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.  - Able to function and adapt in a high demand and changing environment   - Internet savvy of web 2.0 tools and techniques and mining databases  - Cloud mining a plus   - Strong customer service, organizational, and relationship management skills.   - Excellent interpersonal, communication and relationship-building skills.   - Solid English language writing skills   - Proficiency with Windows and MS Office. 	 Problem Solving & Decision Making:  - Solid critical and analytical thinking skills  In addition to the dynamic and professional environment at Franklin Templeton, we strive to ensure that our employees have access to a competitive and valuable set of Total Rewards-the mix of both monetary and non-monetary rewards provided to you in recognition for your time, talents, efforts, and results.
