Job Description:

1. Handling litigation under criminal laws including criminal prosecutions, trials, visiting police stations, interacting with Police authorities and other govt. authorities;

2. Experience in handling employee claims;

3. providing variety of transactional and documentation support on legal issues in the business activities;

4. providing legal advice and counsel to various business functions;

5. handling property matters.

Profile Description:

1. Sound knowledge of Criminal laws and Labour Laws;

2. Proactive identification of legal risks in the business functions and to implement solutions;

3. Ability to independently interact with advocates , Sr. Advocates and police authorities;

4. Open for travelling to any part of India;

5. Self motivated;

6. In-depth knowledge of drawing up and vetting contracts/ agreements. Practical and problem solving approach with ability to meet deliverable expectations of management

7. Team Player

8. Only Male candidates.

- Base location will be Delhi

Experience: 5-6 years in handling above profile in a corporate set up.

Salary Range: 6-7 Lakhs.
