- Heading a team of Customer retention executives taking care of pan India student base w.r.t. absenteeism, drop outs, various issues (personal, centre related, course related, fee related etc.) and ensuring students and parents are counseled and issues are resolved with a win back on network.
- Close co-ordination with Pan India centers and Centre staff.
- Ensuring accuracy in attendance.
- Regular reporting, MISs, identifying loose ends, gaps in processes or at centers, analysis with intent of process improvement.
- Ensuring a certified student base.
- Taking care of both voluntary as well as involuntary retentions.
- Ensuring drop out within permissible limits.
