Experience: 4-10 Years

Job Profile:-

1. To Ensure Appointment Of Franchisee As Per The Business Plan

2. To Advise Franchisee On Setting Up The Business, Organization

3. To Help Franchisee In Appointment Of Distributors

4. To Train Franchisee Sales Organization

5. To Work In The Market And Give Feedback On The Market Working To The Franchisee I .E Observations on The Working Of Franchisee Team, Distributors, Competitors Activities Proposed Plan Of Action To Improve Distribution & Sales

6. To Be In Touch With Key Distributors & Customers Of The Franchisee

7. To Help Franchisee In Market Development & Key Customers Activations

8. To Device Promotional & Pricing Plan As Per The Requirement Of The Market & Get It Implemented After Discussing With The Franchisee

9. To Be A Link Between The Franchisee & Comapny.

10. To Up Date NSM On The Working Of The Franchisee, Competitor Activities ,Sales Performance, Involvement Of The Franchisee In Our Business

11. To Work Out Empty Bottles, Crate Requirement For The Franchisee Based On The Market Requirement And Ensure Timely Procurement Of The Same Through The Franchisees

12. To Monitor RM/PM & Finished Goods Inventories To Avoid Stock Out Situations

13. To Make Follow Ups With Ho Officials (Marketing ,Technical, Accounts)For Providing Support To The Franchisees

14. To Ensure Timely Payments To The Suppliers Of Franchisees

15. To Co Ordinate With Modern Trade, Institutional &Horeca Team

16. Timely Submission Of Weekly Report

17. To Monitor Daily Primary, Town Wise ,Secondary Sales Of Franchisee,

18. Apart From This To Maintain Proper Reporting Structure & Data At Franchisee Level Ie Outlets Listing Daily Sales Reports Sales & Stocks Statement Of Distributors

Primary Skill:

1. To Ensure Appointment Of Franchisee As Per The Business Plan
