- Minimum 15 years of experience in an on-the-ground, fast paced, dynamic business environment, preferable in sales, procurement, supply chain in logistics/transportation domain
- Experience in developing a franchisee from scratch and maintaining all the related operations.
- Experience in 3PL, Logistics, Freight, courier or Transportation would be preferred.
- The Franchise Director will be responsible for finding and developing new franchisees for the business.
- The Franchise Director guides and manages the overall provision of Franchise services and programs for the entire company.
- Negotiate the terms and conditions of each Franchise Legal Agreement
- Set up professional franchise division creating a business plan and proposition of the brand
- Identify and research potential markets and advise CEO/Board of new opportunities
- Identify and propose new partners and independent prospects
- Responsible for central communication and assets to franchise partners to ensure all retail principles, store layouts, the recruitment/training of team members and the overall brand proposition meet the brand standards
- Drive the franchise and business plan growth
- Establish strategic objectives for each market using the levers of margin, price and brand and setting and achieving demanding sales, service and profit targets
- Lead all markets business reviews
- Set merchandising and pricing strategies in line with local marketplace
- Ensure protection of the brand through compliance with the legal agreement and Trading Terms and Conditions
