Position: Franchise Manager

Year of Inception: 1932

Number of Branches: 120

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Franchise Development for Talwalkar’s Gym across India.

- Generate enquiries and sign up franchise

- Implementation and management of all national tie-ups.

- Implementation of marketing calendar and bring in uniformity in marketing, sales & promotion activity.

- Central coordinating point for all franchise communication.

- Managing reporting deadlines of franchisee and royalty receivable deadlines.

- Undertaking Market Research

- Undertake research work in the field of retail and franchising.

- Undertaking business development activities for marketing of the company’s services to prospective clients.

Key Skills:

- Self-Motivated, initiative driven, multi tasking professional with good judgment of people and situations.

- Conceptualizing business models and implementation.

- Have in depth understanding of franchise management from lead generation, prospecting, conversion project management – construction, staffing, launch and promotions

- Good knowledge of different franchise models, franchise documentation and relevant aspect related franchise operations.

- Should be physically fit & open for extensive travelling.

Experience: 5 – 6 Years

Compensation: 12 LPA – 16 LPA (inclusive of variables)
