Position: Franchise Manager
Have high level of customer centricity for driving the business in a region for the franchise, in a manner consistent with the company policy and goals. This may involve developing new businesses, growing into new territories, and establishing a new dealer network.
Education - Should at least be a University Graduate/ MBA preferred
Experience - Should have at least 5+years of relevant experience into Franchise Sales very specifically for product companies.
Role Summary: Franchise Sales Manager will be responsible for: planning and managing the franchising business of the company, offering continuous support to franchisees, ensuring the overall success of the franchisor as well as that of the franchisee.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing franchisee partners and expand the business.
- Identifying and on boarding potential franchisee partners through various sources in line with our expansion plan.
- Present business plans to the potential client, and negotiate the terms and conditions of the franchise agreement.
- Be responsible for the entire sales process (end-to-end): from initial solicitation through contract completion; which includes identifying and sourcing prospective new franchisees and adherence to the sales processes.
- Responsible for Franchise management ,Target achievement , Resource planning
- Plan, set and action the monthly and yearly sales objectives, along with regular-basis tracking and presentation of growth/progress reports.
- Work closely with the Management on the strategic initiatives for achieving the organization goals.
- Finalize the Project for each Franchise and guide/explain ROI to them, helping out the franchise-owner to understand the new Business work module.
- Deliver the assigned Business plan for the Region - Achieve Monthly / Qtrl'y / Annual Business Plan
- Understand customers' needs and market potential, and set direction, strategies and plans to expand the market and realize market potential
- Lead senior-level negotiations optimizing contractual opportunities which long-term supply arrangements
- Analyze sales reports to proactively seek opportunities and at-risk, re-prioritize resources to maximize sales opportunities
- Establish a monitoring system to ensure compliance with the sales plan on volume, price and value objectives for products
