Job Description :

Position : Manager/ Sr. Manager- Exhibition Sales

Location : Faridabad

Roles & Responsibilities :

- This is a key role within the exhibition team to build on the already highly successful portfolio of large scale business events as well as provide critical new business revenue for our well established media properties.

- Franchise India runs large trade shows, business exhibitions, Awards festivals and large scale conferences and CXO meets that bring together over 200,000 thought leaders, entrepreneurs and buyers and sellers each year.

About the Role :

- The role of the exhibition manager will be to secure new business for existing shows which has been largely untapped in the past and launch new properties. As part of the team the candidate will be instrumental in establishing best practice in winning new business and creating consultative thought leadership sales packages for big ticket spenders. You will work closely with the programme directors and content producers.

Key Role Objectives :

- New business revenue generation through aggressive exhibition sales.

- Build, manage and grow a diverse base of client relationships.

- Identify new revenue opportunities and meet appropriate targets set out by management.

- Regularly and accurately report on prospects and pipeline.

- On occasions work outside of contracted hours, this may include international and domestic travel.

- Establish, and maintain a level of market/client knowledge that can be utilized to assist in the planning and support of present and future event development and exhibition and sponsorship opportunities.

- Self-driven, results-oriented with a positive outlook, and a clear focus on high quality and business profit. A natural forward planner who critically assesses own performance. Mature, credible, and comfortable in dealing with senior big company executives. Reliable, tolerant, and determined.

Business and Selling Skills :

- Able to demonstrate success and experience managing major accounts customers, particularly achieving genuine sales development. Ideal background would be in media sales; concept sales, Exhibitions

Salary range - 8-9 LPA
