Associate Director - Modern Trade Sales

Responsibilities:
- Formulate and execute strategic partnerships to attain overall revenue and profit objectives, delivering shareholder value.
- Cultivate robust relationships with offline retail partners.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue and growth targets in offline channels.
- Monitor sales performance and implement corrective measures when necessary to meet sales targets.
- Serve as the primary representative of the company, cultivating new customer relationships and expanding channels to market, while managing existing customer and channel partner relationships.
- Conduct regular store visits to assess sales performance and pinpoint areas for enhancement.
- Lead and oversee a team of sales representatives, ensuring effective promotion and sales of the company's products offline.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Product Development, and Operations, to ensure seamless alignment and execution of sales initiatives.
- Possess industry experience in Beauty and Personal Care.
