Position Title: Sr Manager –Content Strategist
Reporting to: Associate Director- Marketing
Location: Mumbai

Position Expectations:
The Senior Manager will own the organization’s content strategy to deliver information to internal stakeholders and external audiences across offline and online channels
Delivering Insights, Impact and Innovation
- Responsible for driving the content engine - Own the organization’s content engine by defining, developing executing the content calendar.
- Refine and maintain consistent messages across Fractal’s offline and online channels.
- Build company’s content information architecture to ensure seamless flow of information from delivery, and global client engagement team to the content engine.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Technology and Information System team in automating the process wherever applicable.
- Write and edit content for corporate communications with an emphasis on thought leadership mapped to the buyer journey for website copy, blog posts, papers, press releases, case studies, brochures, video scripts, sales scripts, email, presentation scripts, etc.
- Collaborate and curate content created by external freelance writers/agency writers.
- Support sales enablement and lead generation by creating pitch and supporting information by industry/buyer/role.
- Maintain and ensure supporting statistics are incorporated into the corporate story, website, collateral, infographics, and other assets bureau and relevant biographies and profiles; ensure the website, social pages, and internal communications acknowledge and promote the experts
- Prepare supporting materials for journalist and analyst briefings Ensure that the copy and advertising is SEO optimized
The Person:
Qualification & Experience:
This person must have extensive experience in developing the content engine and preferably understand the B2B buyer journey. Some of the other critical factors are as follows:
- 7+ years of experience Exceptional English writing for US business audiences
- Experience developing B2B key messages that are crisp, resonant, relevant, and emotionally engaging Seamlessly and effectively collaborative across levels and functions
- Program manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel Leadership (In thought and action)- Self-starter who can learn and adapt to new industries and technical solutions
- Communication: Passion for detail and accuracy with excellent written and oral
Education: BA in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or related field; MBA preferred
