Fractal Analytics - Senior Consultant - R Expert

Position Expectations:

The candidate will be responsible for the architecture, design and development of data-centric solutions for large scale data sets. The ideal candidate will have the ability to engage in a hands on manner when required.

Responsibilities:

- Design and build analytics solution on Big Data platform including requirements analysis, technical architecture design, solution design, solution development, testing & deployment using R

- Extract, manipulate, and merge large databases to create analytical datasets

- Implement comprehensive quality checking and validation process

- Automating scripts to process data in near real-time, and output results in readable format for use by various software applications

- Maintain and Troubleshoot R codes

- Lead & mentor Project team

Qualification & Experience:

- 6-8 years of professional experience in the area of analytics and statistical analysis

- Advanced experience in statistical programming with R (minimum 4 years)

- Detail-oriented

- Excellent communication and writing skills

- Ability to take initiatives and work independently

- Creativity and enthusiasm

- Ability to work well in a team environment

Education: B.Tech/ Bachelors Degree in Statistics
