Fractal Analytics - Senior Analyst - Analytics

Job Responsibilities :

- The incumbent will examine and analyze data, produce documentation, reports, graphs, statistical models, and summaries of findings that address specific client requirements.Interface with clients to understand client requirements for the project

- Structure business problems and work with client team to design solutions that meet client needs

- Articulate and document project requirements and client meetings

- Extract and format data, mine to answer specific business questions

- Use statistical tools to identify and evaluate the relationships between data fields and outcomes

- Investigate, define and resolve data and result in consistencies

- Communicate project results in the client's business context

- Seek client feedback after each delivery and learn and apply insights on subsequent projects

Qualification & Experience :

- 2 - 4 years of relevant Analytics' experience with focus on problem solving and advanced analytics' solutions

- Proficient in analytical tools such as SAS, R, SPSS, MS- Excel/VBA or other statistical software with experience in data visualization tools like Microstrategy, Tableau, Qlikview or Spotfire

- Experience with Nielsen answers desirable

- Excellent written and verbal communication

- Good analytical and problem solving skills

- Attention to detail and passion for accuracy

Education :

- BE/ B.Tech (any discipline) or MS in Statistics/Economics
