Responsibilities:
- Understand client(stated and unstated) needs & pain areas , lead client meetings
- Engage with clients on multiple projects
- Lead the exercise to structure complex business problems using problem solving techniques such as issue tree and MECE approach
- Develop & conceptualize sophisticated & innovative analytical solution and actionable insights with high client and business understanding
- Manage crises situation and communicate, take action along with stakeholders and team members proactively
- Lead project management - adherence of timelines and quality of delivery, forecast people requirement, other business needs, manage and communicate with stakeholders, ensure that the teams follow operational discipline
- Be the thought leader in the focus area, go to person for internal teams, Generate knowledge sharing trends in the team, participate in developing white papers & share new trends in analytics with colleagues, evolve one’s own opinion on the concepts
Tools: SAS, SQL R, Cognos
Qualification & Experience:
- 5+ years hands on experience in CRM/ marketing analytics
- Knowledge of duns data would be add on
- Knowledge of SAS/ R/ machine learning/ sql
- Knowledge of BI tools- Spotfire/ tableau/ OBIEEE platform
- Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and diagnostic skills
- Good collaboration and communication skills
- Passionate about solving problems, quality and learning new technologies
- Strong sense of team work, ownership, and accountability
Education: B.E/B.TECH/M.TECH/MS
