Fractal Analytics - Product Marketing Manager

We are looking to hire a Product Marketing Manager for our products portfolio (startup). The role does have components of Marketing and Sales

The Role:

The opportunity will provide the incumbent an opportunity to :

- Building and executing cohesive a sales and marketing plan

- Own and handle online assets including website, social media and all online properties / initiatives

- Communication and innovating compelling marketing collateral by working closely with internal and external folks

- Build a strong prospect base with due research followed by lead-gen activities (50% of the role)

- Own email marketing channels and associated business metrics using Marketing Automation tools like Hubspot, Marketo or Eloqua (we use Hubspot though)

Requirements:

- MBA (2-4 years experience) who is driven, loves to innovate, loves ambiguity and a flat structured organization (We still are a startup )

- Has strong marketing orientation, need not have specific product marketing experience

- Learning focused and loves to take initiatives and is not afraid to try new things

- Articulate and to the point

- Provide a couple of hours of overlap with the US counterparts

Reporting to:

VP- Consulting (Based out of the US)

Will be working with the Hiring Manager in the US and does not mind spending a couple of hours of overlap to improve productivity
