Fractal Analytics - Principal Consultant - Client Success Team - CPG/Retail/Hospitality

Fractal is looking for a Principal Consultant to lead their Client Success team for our analytics - product on business experimentation (B2B product). The main responsibilities are to:

RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage P&L for Client Success team while achieving the annual revenue and growth target for our product implementation and delivery.

Set up a motivated and high-performing Client Success team to lead analytics delivery for clients using our B2B product (multiple).

Participate in pre-sales activities like understanding client context, providing product demos, explaining underlying analytics principles and leading clients on instituting a culture of business experimentation.

Ensure timely and high quality delivery to clients on Pilots (as required), One-time set-up of our product, ongoing analytics delivery.

Implement and track key metrics (like NPS) to analyse customer success.

Contribute Improve product by notifying development team of problems and make suitable recommendations on product features that can be incorporated.

Understand and manage evolving client expectations. Execute timely communication and change Management.

Train and coach talent with respect to all aspects of delivery.

Flexibility to travel and meet clients to understand their requirements and consult them.

- Participate in recruitment activities to expand the team.

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE

9-12 years of demonstrable experience in analytics consulting.

Experience with CPG/ Retail/ Hospitality domains

Excellent problem solving and communication skills.

Strong orientation for client success and delight.

Ability to manage multiple clients and projects/tasks simultaneously.

Ability to work in an entrepreneurial environment in a team and individually.

Flexibility to travel across locations in US, UK and Europe for delivery requirements.

EDUCATION: A Bachelor's / Master's degree or equivalent with relevant product implementation experience
