Position Expectations:  - Understand and translate statistics to address client business problems   - Interface with client to understand their problems and work with the delivery team on solutions that address the client needs   - Be the thought leader in the focus area, go to person for internal teams, Generate knowledge sharing trends in the team, participate in developing white papers & share new trends in analytics with colleagues, evolve one's own opinion on the concepts   - Manage the production environment. Prioritize ongoing deliveries as per client's requirement and develop delivery schedule  - Supervise the code changes, testing and deployments,making sure that existing system is not impacted  - Work with technical teams for continual improvement in the system  - Change management with proper documentation and approvals  - Incident management using JIRA  - Coordinate with cross functional teams and various stakeholders to align the final objective  The Person:  - Excellent written and verbal communication   - Client results and response focus   - Passionate about analytics   - Technical expertise in tools such as SQL & Java  - Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint applications   - Good logical thinking and problem solving skills   - Ability to mentor and lead teams   - Good project management skills, should be able to handle complex operations and work on process optimization  - Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines while managing last minute changes
