Key Responsibilities:
- Understand client business problem and define clearly the business requirements and reporting objectives.
- Build best practices for processes that enable reports delivery with highest levels of accuracy and timeliness.
- Identify opportunities for automation and optimization to improve solution efficiency and effectiveness.
- Increasing business adoption of solutions through GAP analysis on the existing reporting solution on a continuous basis.
- Closing the identified gaps to make the solution more relevant to the business.
- Building stronger client relationship by identifying opportunities to create more business value for the client.
- Ensuring high levels of team motivation to perform to their best.
- Coaching the team on best practices of project delivery and ensuring high productivity and availability of service.
- Planning delivery structure, timelines and task allocations that enable error free delivery to the client.
- Readiness to provide night support for seamless deliveries, whenever required.
Key Skills Required:
- Experience in project management, operations, process automation & optimization, client engagement and relationship building
Tools: Advanced Excel, Basic VBA
- Good to have: Knowledge of CPG / Retail
