Role Brief : The role of O&amp;G Head for our strategic and largest account is to manage and improve the processes for SLA Management and ensure teams adhere to the same, supporting the adoption of the client specific policies and procedures, systemic level risk and issue coordination and resolution, coordination of the regular project level reporting cycles, coordination of project Governance arrangements and periodic business review with clients and relevant stakeholders. Additional responsibilities include designing and driving process excellence, helping account leadership to manage P&amp;L and staffing and hiring and operations management. Job Responsibilities : - Governance: Streamline governance processes. Define and maintain processes to ensure operations and governance documentation, reports and plans are relevant, accurate and complete. Strong understanding of the business and relationship to mitigate and reduce risks and lead rest of the account team. - Compliance: Ensure necessary documentation and update of Third Party Agreements relevant for data usage, Data Security, Polices and Procedures (client specific), Maintain audit trail of relevant information Operations Excellence: a. Collaborate with Client, Finance team and Account Managers to manage Statement of Work (SoWs), Purchase Order (PO) and invoices for all projects. b. Maintain and update the governance framework and disciplines necessary to support the engagement c. Keep all the account manager and others informed about any escalations and issues that may impact client relations. Ensure all communication relevant to project information are done effectively and accurately to client and project team. d. Design and setup delivery processes where lean thinking is needed to deliver productively by implementation of process or systems like automation. e. Build confidence within the account team by showing thought leadership and supporting and guiding delivery leadership, Account Managers to meet account's goals. - Operations reporting: Own key MIS reports to be shared with clients and internal stakeholder, Oversee the tracking and reporting of project performance, follow-up on action items to closure. Assist account leadership to analyse and P&amp;L priorities and work with internal finance and accounting to resolve P&amp;L related issues. - Client relationship management: Build deep client relationship. Anticipate business problems &amp; deliver par excellence. Negotiate with customers and other business owners related to SOW, Requirements, Planning, Timelines and Deliveries - Issue resolution: Lead and guide the resolution of operational issues related to technology, access, connectivity, allocation, etc. by establishing strong rapport with key stakeholders, including clients, Senior Business Leaders, IT, Finance and Human Capital (HC) Practitioners. - Project management: Time-to-time lead adhoc projects that helps improve the overall experience for the team and client. Example: Implementing new data security measures, upgrade of project management system, design and setup of knowledge management portal, standardisation. Ensuring the implementation of workflows and compliance of project management principles. - Coaching &amp; grooming: Coach &amp; groom the team on gaining knowledge &amp; skills on problem-solving, project management and client relationship management. - Hiring and Staffing Strategy: Work with account leadership to build any interventions like bench, training, re-skilling, hiring, etc. to maintain the right staffing for the account. The Person : Experience : a. Must Have: - 14+ years of experience across delivery and account operations, P&amp;L and project management, process excellence - Atleast 7 years hands on project management experience in knowledge services industry - A minimum of 3 years- hands-on experience in international client/account handling - Minimum, 3-5 years experience driving operational excellence - Experience in driving productivity through automation or lean processes will be an added advantage - Significant exposure to project and program management methodologies, processes and procedures - Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification is a must - Demonstrated thought leadership with excellent problem solving skills and ability to think beyond the box - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Interpersonal skills and a collaborative management style is essential - Understanding of IT systems and Finance processes - Has worked in a team and collaborative space. Only IC roles not preferred. b. Good to Have: - Knowledge of automation technologies - Experience working on an international key account operations at scale - Data analytics industry understanding - Experience in driving compliance Education: - Graduate/post graduate in any discipline.
