- Understand, predict and influence consumer behavior

Key Competencies:

- Strong data and analytical skills, project management skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects and assignments simultaneously and work effectively in a rapidly evolving environment

- Ability to write and interpret policies and procedures and complete complex projects involving recruitment and selection, compensation, performance management, and development

Responsibilities

- Provides management support to the Human Resource function in the areas of people metrics and advanced analytics around people

- Supports the Human Resource leadership team to identify business challenges and use data analysis to help influence changes to the operations, process or programs

- Utilizes technology and analytical tools to develop and analyze enterprise-wide people and other cross-functional data as needed

- Creates, maintains, and ensures quality assurance of key human resources data sets, reports, and metrics

- Serves as the domain expert for human capital analytics

- Collaborates with subject matter experts across the HR service areas (learning and development, staffing, talent management, diversity, compliance) to promote data governance and stewardship, and to improve overall strategic and operational performance and insight

- Works as the key representative to the external benchmarks and key surveys supporting the HR function

Experience :

- 2-4 years of data/statistical analysis experience

- Must be a detail-oriented and exhibiting creative problem-solving skills

- Advanced level computer skills in MS Excel including VBA Macros, R, SAS Software, Tableau

- Communicates well and confident in interacting with Global HR teams

- Previously demonstrated Human Resources experience will be a plus
