Position Expectations : - Interface with the client on a regular basis to understand and address their business problems through analytical solutions - Ensure high responsiveness and address regular/recurring as well as ad-hoc analytics and reporting requests of clients while ensuring high accuracy and timeliness with complete accountability of client experience - Drive innovation and generate actionable insights with high client and business understanding - Develop newer and more insightful ways of presenting the output through better report structures and visualization - Ideate and execute newer methods of automating the standard workflow and increasing efficiency of delivery - Generate knowledge sharing trends in the team, participate in developing case studies and presenting the solutions in various knowledge-sharing forums - Support the account managers/project managers in proposal making and preparing for a client pitch Qualification & Experience : - Should have at least 2-4 years of experience in analytics industry. - Experience in designing and building complete ETL processes and transforming data for as per business requirement using tools like KNIME/Excel/VBA - Hands-on experience on SQL - Knowledge of Spotfire/PowerBI/Tableau - Knowledge of basic statistical techniques - Client results and response focus - Excellent problem-solving skills and communication skills required - Prior experience of working on CPG-domain data is preferred Education: Preferably an MBA or an Engineer or Post-Graduate in statistics / mathematics / economics with relevant experience
