Fraazo - Product Operations Role

Fraazo is Hiring!!

It will be a 6 days working, Mon to Sat. (Work From office role)

Role & Responsibilities

1. Handled day to day operations in regards to payment reconciliations, refunds and escalations.

2. Help with understanding day to day issues of recent product releases and provide solutions for the same.

3. Liaise with the tech team to create permanent solutions or product fixes

4. Work with the CRM team to handle specific queries of customers

5. Keep a tab on dashboards and reports and be able to correlate impact of one project on the other
