Marketing & Growth Coordinator

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

- Designing and owning the overall marketing efforts for the vertical

- Stakeholder management- Liaise with Growth team to implement digital marketing and promotional initiatives, with Product team for in-app marketing and with Branding team for ATL activities

- Coordinate with external agencies/ freelancers for product photo-shoots/ video marketing campaigns

- Designing and implementing customer surveys/ feedback and present findings & ideas to the team

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS :

- Post-graduation in media or marketing

- Min 4-5 years experience in ATL/BTL marketing

PREFERRED SKILLS :

- Creative thinking is a must!

- Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate with multiple teams

- Affinity towards business

ADDITIONAL NOTES :

- Fast-learner and to be able to work in a start-up environment

- Enterprising nature and ability to understand customer psyche
