Fraazo - Cash Lead

WHO CAN APPLY:

- CA or Master's degree within Finance or Business Administration or equivalent field

- 7+ years of relevant experience preferably from Microfinance Institutions and/or a Corporate banking.

- Hands-on experience with Accounting software and Tally

- Familiarity with Microfinance bank cash management systems

- Working Knowledge of Advanced Excel

- Attention to detail, prioritization skill, and time management

JOB ROLE:

- Maintain strong internal policies and processes for cash collections at the Store level

- Manage cash management operations including daily cash administration, management of cash collections, and bank CMS operations.

- Forecasts, monitors and tracks cash flow (weekly, monthly, quarterly etc.).

- Prepare and present reports on collection activities and progress

- Risk assessment, Control, and Mitigation for cash processes.
