About the Role - The Assistant Planning Manager at Fraazo is responsible for overseeing and managing company's overall Demand and Supply operations in order to maximize the process efficiency and productivity. In addition, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining good relationships with vendors and distributors. As Assistant Planning Manager you will be responsible for planning, implementing and monitoring our overall supply and demand strategy and in order to maximize efficiency and productivity. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES - - Generate Demand & Supply plan for the cities and categories allocated - Review sale plan & Demand drivers: Review sales and promotion plans for the cities allocated and coordinating with sales & marketing team to validate and use the input in the forecasting - Present, solicit and assess feedback on the various forecasts - Provide input to Sales and marketing team to develop inventory strategies - Track, monitor & leverage market, sourcing intelligence to adjust inventories - Track inventory across multiple locations and create a supply plan for replenishment - Efficiently monitor and execute planned inventories to avoid stock outs & reduce wastage - Support management scenarios on what if scenarios pertaining to supply risks/forecasting risks You should apply If you have: - - Master's degree/PG in Commerce/Business/Agriculture - 1-2 years' experience in Supply chain/order management domain in any Ecommerce/supply chain organization - Agri-related experience would be an added advantage
