Fraazo - Accounts Head/Accounts Lead - CA

About the Role:

This Accounting Head role will be a key player in the month-end closures, account reconciliations, variance inquiries, and reporting.

What will you do:

- The incumbent should be experienced with Multi-Vendor systems, Multi Location systems with an e-commerce platform on aspects of Income, Payments parameters and recon.

- Experienced in implementation of Financial ERP Systems like SAP B1/NetSuite/etc. including monitoring of fund inflows and outflows

- Development, Deployment, and Variance management of Income and Payments processes across multiple Business Units

- Manage and Review P&L and Balance Sheet statements on an ongoing basis including monthly MIS & Expense Reporting

- Statutory Compliance: Indirect Tax (GST), Direct Tax

- Understanding of Financial Laws & Regulations and their applicability across states

- Reconciliation of Accounts on regular basis across BU's

- Ability to handle Internal/External Audits and Due Diligence Processes

- 5+ Years of experience as Accounts Head/Lead, plus overall experience of 8+ years preferably from retail industry

- Hands-on experience with Accounting Software's and Finance ERP Systems

- Advanced knowledge of Excel and Tableau

- Ability to manage and mentor a team of 10+ people

- Ability to produce quality output under tight deadlines

- Attention to detail, prioritization skill, and time management
