Location: Gurgaon

Role:

The Operations Manager will be part of the fourseven team and will be accountable for the day-to-day operations management (online and offline), enhancements of business processes, website improvements, marketplace management, order fulfillment and customer relationship management. The Operations Manager will also collaborate with the Product Management and Tech teams by specifying business process requirements and ensuring a smooth roll-out of new and changed processes. This role will directly manage a number of 3rd party technology providers such as logistics provider, payment gateway providers and retail partners.

Responsibilities include the following but not limited to:

- Day-to-day website management including product uploads, catalog management, photo-shoot management etc

- Manage the eCommerce fulfillment operations through the entire supply chain (from the website to the end customer)

- Oversee Returns Flow Process, monitor return rate and provide insight for any process improvements

- Continuous monitoring and improvement of systems, website performance and payment methods

- Work with internal departments to rollout new processes such as international roll-out

- Build strong relations with retail store operations and play an integral role in the development of an omni-channel presence

- Provide a great customer experience to proactively deliver on-going customer service excellence

- Manage 3rd party technology/logistics partners to ensure all websites are operational, and continually optimized

- Manage marketplaces such as Flipkart, Amazon and others to drive sales

Qualifications:

- 3-5 years- of eCommerce/Retail experience is required

- Understanding of eCommerce systems and processes

- Excellent communication skills

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced eCommerce environment

- Tech and business savvy
