Job: Manager Business Development

Location: Gurgaon

Role:

The Business Development Manager will be part of the fourseven team and will be accountable for identifying new business opportunities in the online and offline space to drive exponential growth of the business. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for negotiating and closing on the deals and manage relations with the partners. We are looking for self-driven, aggressive people who are comfortable working in a fast paced eCommerce environment.

Responsibilities include the following but not limited to:

- Carry out market research through industry contacts, publications & trade events to identify ideas for growth

- Reach out to partners with prospective business deals

- Negotiate best deals by considering the risks and rewards

- Contract closure

- Manage all contractual requirements by working with company's internal operations team

- Manage partner relationships

Qualifications:

- 3-5 years of eCommerce/Retail business development experience is a must

- Understanding of eCommerce space and a deep knowledge of industry players

- Excellent communication/presentation skills and high energy

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced eCommerce environment

- Tech and business savvy

- Outgoing and extroverted personality
