You will be accountable for :

1. Identify market opportunities and define product vision and strategy.

2. Understand customer needs and gather product requirements.

3. Monitor trends and adopt best practices

4. Develop new features, products and enhance existing ones.

5. Engage closely with the engineering team

6. Interface with the UX/UI team, web designer, web developers, mobile developers

7. Manage relationships with all the technical vendors

8. Determine the best technical implementation methods

9. Publish a product roadmap with timeline.

Must haves in the candidate :

1. Min qualification: Engineering graduate from a top notch college (or a good pitch as to why it is not required in your case)

2. Min 3 years of experience in digital product management

3. Execution focus. Can do attitude.

4. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, unstructured start-up environment

5. Mature, yet hungry, driven, highly-motivated, self-starter and creative

6. Naturally analytical, numbers driven, thinker, big-picture view

7. Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written)

8. Ability to multi-task and stay on top of several projects at one time
