- The candidate will be responsible for onboarding new vendors and should be confident in building relationships with them.
- They will be selling online services to these vendors.
- They will be responsible for sales through vendors by offering them new projects.
- They will be a part of the customer success team and should assist clients in establishing successful communication with vendors.
- They'll be assisting new vendors with all the projects in the pipeline and will be responsible for ensuring smooth communication across multiple clients & channels.
- They should have evidence of strong sales skills and possess exceptional communication & negotiation skills (Both written and verbal).
- International B2B experience is a plus.
Responsibilities :
- Onboarding new vendors from multiple regions.
- Guiding them through our service delivery pipeline.
- Addressing their concerns and maintaining a healthy relationship.
- Offering them free and paid services.
- Responsible for renewing their subscriptions.
- Working closely with cross-functional teams and assisting them.
