Role & Responsibilities: - Lead Growth efforts in Institutional Sales primarily and other emerging markets - Larger QSR chains and other bigger clients require relationship building, nurturing and customised solutions - Build a Sales Cadence to build and nurture pipeline - monitor execution with help of digital marketing team - Developing key insights about beverages is of utmost importance. Then training the team on the same and helping them succeed is important too. - Provide support and mentor city leads - Monitor their day to day visits, CRM, pipeline building and conversions. - Determine long and short term sales goals - Oversee sales and special promotions - Plan and execute Trade events along with Marketing team Qualifications for this position : - One + years of field sales experience - MBA from a semi-premium B School - One+ year of Experience of managing a team - Strong communications skills - Strong understanding of digital - Selling/ Marketing to HORECA or Institutions where concept selling is needed - experience preferred - Business Development Head - HORECA Location: Whitefield, Bangalore, involves travel About Swa Artisanal Syrups: We make 100% Natural Artisanal Syrups that make delicious cocktails, mocktails, iced teas and craft coffees, each bottle is handcrafted by women.
