Founding Member - Business Development & Sales - Startup

Looking for candidate with business development / sales profile to head retail sales for upcoming startup in advertisement, marketing, media and entertainment space and join as a founding member of startup.

The candidate will lead from front; in executing and bringing business from retail stores, including standalone retail stores, branded stores and stores inside malls etc. On offer is unmatched learning and executing experience in building a company from scratch, and adopting different sales/BD strategies as the company evolves. The position comes with an enormous responsibility to lead a division with incredible freedom.

Ideal candidate will have atleast 1 year of pure BD/sales experience and lots of ideas to generate sales.

Focus is on BD and sales only and candidates with ONLY marketing profiles without sales and business development experience need not apply.

There will be incentives for reaching sales target. There will also be a small equity component as well for the right candidate.

Minimum qualification: Graduation or MBA
