Role Summary:

The Founders' Office is a pivotal role designed for a dynamic and strategic leader. This position reports directly to the Founder and is responsible for spearheading the growth and development of a specific business vertical. The ideal candidate will have a blend of entrepreneurial spirit, strategic thinking, and operational excellence. You will be tasked with the end-to-end management of the vertical, including strategy formulation, execution, team leadership, and P&L responsibility.

Key Responsibilities:

- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for the assigned business vertical, ensuring alignment with the company's overall vision and goals.

- Operational Excellence: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the vertical, ensuring efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction. Streamline processes for optimal performance and cost-effectiveness.

- Team Management: Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing team dedicated to achieving the vertical's objectives. Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability.

- Financial Management: Take full P&L responsibility for the vertical, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Implement measures to drive revenue growth and profitability.

- Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges. Use insights to inform strategic decisions and maintain competitive advantage.

- Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for all matters related to the vertical. Engage with internal and external stakeholders to build relationships, negotiate partnerships, and represent the company's interests.

- Innovation and Growth: Drive innovation within the vertical by exploring new products, services, and market opportunities. Lead expansion efforts and scale operations to capitalize on growth opportunities.

Qualifications:

- Proven track record of successfully managing and growing a business unit or vertical.

- Strong strategic and analytical skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.

- Entrepreneurial mindset, with a passion for building and scaling businesses.

- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.

- Strong financial acumen, with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships across all levels of an organization.

- Degree in Business, Management, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred.

- 3+ years of relevant experience
