Role Summary :

- In this role, your goal would be to identify new areas of leverage, execute ideas we around them and then establish a replicable path of success in it.

- You will get a chance to dive into diverse areas and collaborate with dynamic teams, optimize site conversions, craft compelling email campaigns, and harness analytics for data-driven strategies.

What you will do :

- Marketing strategies - Create, iterate, and execute marketing strategies that help in growing Firm's freelance talent network and client base.

- Learn & implement - While we want you to bring in certain areas of expertise, we understand that you might not have it across the stack. However, growth opportunities can present themselves across various channels and you are expected to pick up the necessary skills for the same.

- Metrics tracking & insights - Regularly track important metrics for each channel & strategy. This sets the tone in understanding the efficacy of our efforts and helps turn those insights for smart redistribution of our time & efforts & realignment of our strategies.

- Prioritizing initiatives: Engage with senior leaders across the team to prioritize the various initiatives across Marketing so that they align with Firm's goals as its scales.

You should have :

- Preferably a degree in marketing, communications or engineering

- 1-5 years of experience in a marketing role

- Previous experience working with a brand or agency is a plus.

- Strong research skills and the ability to write creatively and logically.

- Excellent communication with strong interpersonal skills.

- Analytical and data-driven mindset

Expectations in Week 1:

- Understand the current marketing channels that are being used through SOPs and calls with the team.

- Internalize the goals of the Firm, understand our way of execution and note down areas of improvement.

- Begin the journey of up-skilling yourself on the areas of marketing you are less familiar with.

Expectations in Month 1:

- Execute each of the channels to get a better understanding of them.

- Explore new areas of marketing that can be leveraged to help scale the firm- form a well-documented thesis that can be presented to the team.

Expectations till Month 6 :

- Measure & track all the marketing efforts and prepare a standard methodology to realign the marketing mix.

- Demonstrate the successful implementation and execution of new growth strategies and tactics.

- Exemplify your ability to learn and showcase your problem-solving ability.

- Lead execution efforts on all fronts and establish a path to scale them involving the associated hiring & implementation plans.
