Skills & Experience :
- 3-6 years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, founder's office of a high growth start-up with Bachelor's degree and MBA from a Premier School
- Ability to structure, summarise & present complex topics effectively to a wide audience
- Demonstrated strong capability in verbal and written communications skills for a geographically dispersed audience
- Strong executive presence with ability to manage through high-intensity and high-pressure environment
- Drive to find new ways to improve current processes and develop creative solutions that can be implemented in real-time
- Entrepreneurial nature with a growth mindset
- Comfortable in multitasking and prioritising multiple time-sensitive initiatives
- Extremely detail-oriented with analytical problem-solving skills
- Proven program management experience with the ability to breakdown complex projects and product roadmaps into executable tasks with agile methodologies
Role & Responsibilities :

- You will be responsible for driving strategic initiatives across various functions with internal and external stakeholder management
- We foster a highly productive and effective culture and expect you to translate the founder's vision and priorities into actions across the organisation, while supporting various functional leads in high impact project delivery
- You will be monitoring various projects' progress and maintaining quality, while course-correcting for on time delivery
- It is essential for you to develop tools, systems and refine processes for effective and efficient execution
- Ability to consistently exercise discretion with sensitive information is a must
