Founder's Office Role - FinTech Startup - IIM/ISB/MDI/FMS

Scrabble is mandated to hire for the "Founder's Office" role for a Fintech startup. This opportunity is going to be based out of Bangalore.

Requirements:

- Collaborate closely with the founders in building and scaling up startups during their 0-1 journey.

- Anticipate needs and provide creative solutions as the go-to problem solver for the founders.

- Leverage experience from top-tier consulting firms to drive strategic initiatives and decision-making.

- Support various aspects of startup operations, including business development, strategy, and execution.

- Facilitate communication and coordination between internal teams and external stakeholders.

- Contribute to the overall growth and success of the startup through innovative ideas and proactive involvement.

Qualifications:

- 2 to 3 years of experience working in top-tier consulting firms, preferably with an MBA/PGDM from Tier-1 colleges.

- Ambitious mindset with a passion for building and scaling startups from the ground up.

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively in challenging situations.

- Previous experience in top-tier consulting firms is a must.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a dynamic startup environment.
