Founders Officer || 2-6 Years || exp in Fintech preferred || CTC upto 40 Lakhs Role Description: - The Founder's Office is pivotal in supporting and executing the Founder's vision, mission, and strategic goals. This role involves working closely with the Founder to understand their goals, priorities, and initiatives, and then driving various activities to help realize them. Responsibilities: - Project Coordination: Assist in coordinating special projects and initiatives led by the Founder, ensuring they are executed efficiently and effectively. Track and analyse metrics for program effectiveness, using data insights for decision-making and improvement - Communication: Act as the primary point of contact between the Founder and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring timely and effective communication - Documentation: Prepare, edit, and proofread documents, presentations, and reports for the Founders, maintaining confidentiality and attention to detail - Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and confidentiality - Problem Solving: Proactively identify and resolve issues and anticipate the needs of the Founder to streamline their workflow - Investor Relations: The founder's office may spend time communicating with investors to keep them updated on the company's progress and ensure that they are aligned with the company's goals - Networking: The founder's office may attend networking events to build relationships with potential partners, investors, or customers Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor's degree from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 university required; Master's degree in strategy preferred
