About the client:

Our client is a leading Global Strategy Consulting firm, specializing in working with the consumer tech ecosystem in their pre-IPO journey.

They are looking to hire a smart individual for the CEO's office, to support the CEO in the strategy and execution activities.

Looking to connect with a candidate with 2-4 years of experience in a similar role, with a pedigree background( preferable), and open to Bangalore as a location.

This is a 5-day WFO opportunity.

Roles and responsibilities:

- Drive Strategic Initiatives and act as an adviser to the CEO and work closely with Founders on special projects - strategize, execute and run it to success and then think on scaling it.

- Coordinate the execution of strategic initiatives and Program management of projects of high importance as assigned by the CEO Plan, collaborate with cross functional teams and facilitate Board presentations ahead of board meetings.

- Participate in regular meetings with the Executive Management Team to discuss business issues, update processes, analyze issues, and challenge suggestions.

- Drive and Track OKR initiatives and spearhead QBR's for the CEO.

- Work closely with revenue operations team and make periodic reporting on business outcomes to CEO Assess inquiries directed to the CEO, determine the proper course of action, and delegate to the appropriate individual to manage.

- Build and maintain relationships across all departments / functions in order to influence outcomes; strengthen leadership teamwork and foster long-term partnerships that are critical to organization's success
