Job Description:
- In search of an experienced and entrepreneurial individual to join our Founder's Office to lead a specific Business Unit. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for leading a specific service, taking ownership of its Profit and Loss (P&L), and driving its growth and success. This is a unique opportunity for an ex-founder who has previously built their own company and is passionate about driving business growth in a dynamic, cross-border trade environment.
We are seeking four qualified individuals to spearhead our four distinct business divisions:
- Social & Content Platform for Export-Import:
- Cross-Border Payment Solutions:
- Supply-Chain Services:
- Insurance & Credit Reporting, Documentation, etc for International
Businesses:
Key Qualifications:
- Previous Founder Experience: You have successfully founded and led your own business in the past, with a preference for B2B business experience or cross border business experience
- Team Leadership: Experience in leading and managing teams, with a demonstrated ability to build and mentor high-performing teams.
- Attitude: You possess a strong sense of ownership, a "can-do" attitude, and are a natural hustler. You thrive in an environment where you have full P&L responsibility and the opportunity to build your own team.
- Building from scratch: Comfortable taking on an individual contributor (IC) role initially, with a clear vision to build and lead a team as the company grows.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the business division with a strong focus on managing Profit and Loss (P&L), building and growing a high-performing team, and establishing the division from the ground up.
- Drive the expansion of the division and work diligently to achieve business goals and targets.
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities to foster revenue growth.
- Provide visionary leadership and mentorship to the team during company expansion.
- Establish and nurture relationships with key partners, clients, and stakeholders.
- Collaborate seamlessly with various departments to ensure the smooth delivery of services across different business models.
- Make substantial contributions to Pazago's overarching business strategy and vision.
