Founder's Office Manager - Executive Assistant

Responsibilities

Project Management:

- Manage special projects and initiatives on behalf of the executive team, from conception to execution, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.

- Conduct research and analysis on strategic initiatives, market trends, and the competitive landscape to inform decision-making.

- Communication and Collaboration

Technical Skills:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

- Familiarity with project management tools (e. g. , Asana, Trello) is a plus

- Experience with business intelligence or data visualization tools (e. g. , Tableau, Power BI) is a plus

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree from a reputable institution in business administration, management, or a related field (master's degree preferred).

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of supporting C-suite executives in a fast-paced environment.

-Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the aptitude to synthesize complex information and deliver actionable insights.

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

- Ability to maintain composure and professionalism under pressure and adapt to rapidly changing circumstances.

- High level of integrity, discretion, and trustworthiness when handling confidential information and sensitive matters.
