Position: Business Development Manager (Embedded)
Experience: 5 to 8 YEARS
Function / Role: - Sales & Marketing
Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for the Lead generation and Sales from USA, Europe and India regions.
- Discuss and define the Annual / Quarterly Sales Target definition and defining the marketing plan for the Organization with the reporting manager
- Generating new business relationships and negotiating new revenue for the company to the agreed sales targets.
- Tapping potential opportunities, presenting entire range of current capabilities, product & technologies to customers to generate leads & fill opportunity pipeline, obtain RFQs, make commercial proposals, lead techno commercial negotiations and finalize deal to acquire business
- Continuous marketing effort to identify new focus areas or domains, updating the engineering team to start building skills and generating the business lead for the identified focus area
Skills, Knowledge and Experience required:
- Strong Sales and Marketing abilities in Embedded domain
- Sound understanding and strong contact base of the USA, European marketing sector
- Proven success in sales ability and demonstrable full knowledge of the sales process
- Confident negotiator and ability to close the right type of business at the highest levels
- Experience of product development and contributing to pricing policy discussions
- Strong client management skills and ability to keep promises
- A positive and determined approach to researching and analyzing new business opportunities
- A positive attitude to dealing with people
