Learning Manager

As a Learning Manager at LRN, you will be responsible for designing innovative training solutions for our clients. You will work closely with clients to understand their business needs and deliver exciting ideas that will have the greatest impact on learners. This could include an e-learning course, an interactive workbook, a game, an animated sequence, or a combination of all these things.

Responsibilities:

- Engage with clients to understand their requirements and design training materials to meet them.

- Lead Instructional Designers and subject matter experts across the content team to develop e-learning course content.

- Analyze, design, develop, implement, and evaluate online learning and support solutions based on client requirements using different digital media appropriate to their needs.

- Work with Instructional Designers on instructional, graphic, and assessment design across multiple learning project workflows simultaneously, within stipulated standards, resources, and deadlines.

- Display strong versatile creative writing skills and guide the team to write for e-learning, animations, drama, printed materials, etc.

- Run creative meetings to keep projects on track.

- Design for multiple delivery methods (HTML5, Storyline, Articulate Rise, PDF, Word, PPT).

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 4 years' experience in Instructional Design.

- BA or equivalent experience.

- Strong Creative Writing skills.

- Strong views about how best to communicate information to a diverse audience.

- An eye for good visual design.

- Excellent communication skills with professional fluency in English - Speaking, Writing, Comprehension.
