Forum Malls - HR Business Partner

- Formulate and align company policies and procedures in compliance with labor laws, philosophy and industry practices :

- Oversee and monitor benefits policies and recommend to management cost-saving and employee engaging policies

- Conduct job evaluation, undertake market surveys and analyze market trends to create viable HR solutions for the business

- Ensure upkeep of necessary documentation and approvals as per internal and audit requirements

- Employee engagement :

- Involved in employee relations and facilitate resolution of employees- issues

- Recommend and execute employee engagement initiatives

- Performance management

- Initiate, manage and see through the annual performance appraisal exercise

- Align with HQ's principles and local market standards to compare vis-- -vis competitors

- Training initiatives :

- Work closely with HODs to identify current gaps and recommend relevant training for staff

- Identify and engage external/internal trainers

- Execute training activities

- Recommend, plan and execute overseas/domestic study trips for key positions

- Onboarding & off-boarding of staff :

- Support in recruitment activities

- Conduct new hire orientation

- Track probation and confirmation appraisal of staff

- Drive exit formalities

- Conduct exit interviews

- Benefits Administration :

- To cover staff under Mediclaim, Personal Accident and Travel Insurance

- Reimbursement forms and processes

- Verification and tracking of staff claims

- Drive and oversee admin function to ensure smooth functioning :

- Identify admin requirements

- Vendor evaluation and appointment

- Follow up with vendors to meet necessary timelines

- Ensure delivery and service of highest standards from the vendors

- Other HR activities :

- Maintenance of required documentation and approvals

- Pre-joining formalities

- Periodical HR Reports being sent to CMA, Singapore

- Identify and evaluate vendors

- Exit formalities
