Accounts Head, Vasai About the company:- Large Residential Development Project in Vasai (LLP) Part of Suraksha Realty Ltd. Work Location: Vasai Job Duties: Budgeting & MIS - Formulating budgets and analyzing variances to determine the difference between projected & actual results and implementing corrective actions. - Supervising the preparation of MIS reports and other statements to provide feedback to top management on financial performance viz. fund management, credit control, profitability, etc. Accounts Payable/Receivables - Interacting with suppliers/creditors for timely payments and handling receivables through aging analysis to ensure the target with prominence to customer satisfaction. - Preparing outstanding statements, Centralized billing/invoices and payment cheques/vouchers. - Performing the reconciliation of dealers and distributors accounts for yearly financial closing. - Ensuring speedy processing of payments to creditors and preparing credit notes. Fund Sourcing & Control - Liaising and negotiating with banks and financial institutions for raising fund and non-fund based facilities to meet working capital and project requirements. - Monitoring the inflow & outflow of funds and ensure optimum utilization of available funds in profitable investments to accomplish organizational goals. - Submitting a fund flow statement to the management on daily basis along with allocating funds to project sites. Accounts & Costing - Finalising the accounts along with finalizing balance sheet. - Formulating the bank reconciliation along with managing the trade schemes. - Designing & implementing systems & procedures for the preparation & maintenance of statutory books of accounts and financial statements, ensuring compliance with time & accuracy norms. - Maintaining all the books of account including Sales, Purchases, Journals, Bank Book, Cash Book, - Liaising with the bankers for the renewal of various credit facilities, bank guarantee, foreign letter of credit, foreign remittance and submitting reports from time to time. - Taxation & Auditing - Managing the statutory obligation viz. GST. - Conducting internal and statutory audits; evaluating internal control systems/procedures with a view to highlighting the shortcomings and implementing necessary recommendations. - Verifying periodical audit in the store's records, preparation of recovery details by job wise, asset management, etc. - Maintaining various statutory records, like P.F., E.S.I.C., Profession Tax, Service Tax, E-TDS, etc. - Certifying all Purchase Bills, Running Work Contract Bills, Retention Money, Credit Card Bills and others payables (Cost Centre). - RERA compliances Auditors certificates for withdrawal of collections - Team Handling Role Qualification: - Must be a Chartered Accountant - All Saturdays are working
