Fortis Healthcare - Manager/Sr Manager - Business Planning & Alliances

- Monitor and analyze the business performance on a periodic basis and identify the key trends.

- Reach out to respective stakeholders to gather relevant data / information

- Prepare Report on key trends to be shared with all key stake holders

- Highlight concern areas to all responsible for timely corrective action

- Provide inputs to Head Business Planning with updated information and action items in association with key stake holders

- Ensure MIS updates and timely availability of critical business information.

- Prepare and track business plans to ensure quality of deliverables within timelines.

- Provided regular updates to senior leadership on the project status and highlighted project risks.

- Identify and fix process gaps and collaborate with process leaders to drive simplification in conjunction with Head Business Planning

- Responsible for capturing market trends in the area of pricing, costs and other relevant areas
