Responsibilities:
- Create social media marketing campaigns and strategies, including content ideation and implementation schedules and the weekly/monthly social media calendar.
- Responsible for ensuring that there is consistency in the brand language across online marketing and social media channels.
- Track and analyse campaign/post performance and create comprehensive reports to improve future marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Responsible for creating social media content and should have the ability to write copy, shoot stories and create posts if required.
- Responsible for consistently increasing the brand's engagement on social media platforms.
- Research and monitor activity of competitors and tracks social media trends with an effort to always produce engaging new content.
- Collaborate and work closely with the internal design team for design briefs and direction for the campaigns.
Social media marketing skills and qualifications:
- Degree in Marketing or communication from a reputed college.
- Minimum two years of experience in social media marketing in a beauty or luxury lifestyle brand with Social Media Management.
