Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for top line of internal Website and Channel Partners - Amazon, Myntra, Nykaa 2. Execute monthly marketing strategy within the allocated budgets. Co-ordinate marketing campaigns with pre-sales and sales activities 3. Execute campaigns, monitor performance and optimize spends, in line with revenue targets 4. Catalog management and QC 5. Ensure timely listing and delivery of products & promotions 6. Execute the marketing calendar and identify key events/spikes to leverage to drive inorganic growth 7. Drive performance marketing to drive organic and inorganic growth - AMS, Myntra and Internal 8. Responsible for SEO / SEM on on-going basis on all platforms 9. Generate weekly, fortnightly & monthly reports on performance for internal & external stakeholders 10. Analyze competitor performance across platforms on an on-going basis to ensure brand stays ahead of growth curve 11. Relationship management with key stakeholders 12. Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns 13. Co - Handle external performance marketing agencies 14. Monitor campaign ROIs 15. Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience. KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS: 1. Online / Channels Revenue 2. Performance Marketing : Website Traffic, CTR, CRR, ROI and ROAS, Budgets vs Targets 3. Adherence to Marketing Calendar
