Job Title : Manager / Deputy Manager Department : Institutional Sales Reports To : Head Of Institutional Sales Location : Head Office, Noida Responsibilities : - Responsible for client servicing and strengthening relationship with all Key accounts and each stakeholder. - Business Development for Inara, (A Forest Essentials sibling brand exclusively for Hotels) cultivating brand presence. - Achievement of revenue targets for institutional sales. - Effectively handling inbound business queries and closure. - Identify opportunities/ marketing ideas/ concepts that may strengthen the companies positioning. - Proactive approach in internal product expansion and streaming that to upgrading product and services with the existing clients for both guest amenities and spa vertical. - Maintaining the digital presence of the Brand - webpage/ online /media handles - liaising with creative and marketing teams. Experience : - Minimum 3-4 years of experience in top level - client service management - Preferably a professional background in Hotels/Spa/ Airlines/Cruise/ Lifestyle Brand. Qualification : - BBA /MBA in Sales & Marketing / Hospitality Management
